Refund and Return Policy

At Hello Bag, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged handbags.

  • Items without original tags or packaging.

  • Customized or special-order items.


3. Return Process

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you through the return process.

  3. Ship the item back to our designated address (shipping cost borne by the customer unless the item is defective or wrong).


4. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method (bank account, mobile payment, or card).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your provided bank/mobile account.


5. Exchange Policy

  • Customers may request an exchange instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

  • If the replacement product costs more, the price difference must be paid.

  • If the replacement product costs less, the difference will be refunded.


6. Defective or Wrong Item

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Hello Bag will bear the return shipping cost in such cases and provide a replacement or full refund.
